Introduction
Here are indicated below the terms and general conditions of the offering services from GUEST PLANET by ALUNA.IT.
Accepting the following terms and conditions, you declare to accord with what written.

Confirming procedure and payment
The total amount to pay is full of the price of the stay and check-out costs.
This amount is NOT full of city tax, that will be paid during online check-in process.
After the completion of the payment, you’ll get a confirmation email with the possibility to immediately effectuate the online check-in throughout the special link, where will be required:
- To insert the personal details and billing information.
- To watch and accept the short-term lease contract between the parts.
- To pay the city tax.

Cancelation policy
In case of standard rate choice, is possible to cancel your reservation within 5 days from the check-in data.
In case of not refundable rate choice, will be kept the full amount since there is not the possibility of free cancelation.

Refundable breakages and damages policy
Won’t be previously kept any sum of money under breakages, but GUEST PLANET by ALUNA.IT will reserve to value damages or defects at the end of the stay, quantifying and asking the relative sum, as a maximum of 250 euros, within the 7 days from the check-out day.
The guest undertakes to occupy the property respecting all the rules of good neighbourliness.

Departures and arrivals
The check-in time is from 15.00 (3pm) and check-out time is until 10.00 (am), for different requests or modifies we kindly ask to contact the structure 48h in advance.
The structure won’t assume any responsibility if the guest won’t take vision about the access instructions sent at the moment of the completing of the online procedure.

Annulment of the contract from guest planet by aluna.it
In case of bigger forces (war, natural disasters, unavailability of the booked apartment, apartment sold from the owner) Guest planet by aluna.it can solve the contract giving back the paid sum.

Responsibilities of guest planet by aluna.it
Guest planet by aluna.it is not responsible in the following cases:
a) Negligence or omissions of services imputable to third parties.
b) In case of force majeure or an event that neither GUEST PLANET by ALUNA.IT nor its representatives can foresee despite their diligence.
c) Stole in the apartments.

For anything not mentioned in these terms, please refer to the short-term lease.
